SELECTED WORK · 2019–PRESENT
My experience spans B2B healthcare technology, a provider marketplace, and the creative and technical work that connects an idea to a measurable action. This collection brings together analytics, SEO, paid media, websites, content, and marketing operations across my career.

HOW MY WORK CONNECTS
Built: a custom reporting framework that made SEO and marketing KPIs easier for leadership to explore. Google organic filters separated SEO performance from paid, referral, and direct traffic; dynamic controls supported analysis by region, device, operating system, campaign, and source.
Why it mattered: stakeholders could investigate performance instead of relying on a single blended traffic total.
Historical organic YoY view: +87.1% total users · +88.7% new users · +76.3% sessions.
Those figures describe the performance surfaced by the dashboard, rather than growth caused by reporting alone.
Tools: GA4 · Looker Studio · Excel · HubSpot
Implemented: measurement across multiple websites for lead forms, click-to-call actions, appointment requests, patient registrations, and conversion rates. Established benchmarks and custom funnel reporting to help the team see how users moved through the experience and where they dropped off.
Business use: clearer attribution, more useful lead-generation reporting, and a foundation for prioritizing UX and acquisition improvements. I also worked on channel- and location-level ROI tracking to support budget decisions.
Visitor action → Tracking event → Funnel report → Optimization decision
Tools: Google Tag Manager · GA4 · HubSpot
Developed: an interactive lead-generation calculator that helped prospects explore potential value through a more engaging experience than static copy alone.
My focus: connecting a useful on-page tool with a conversion-focused customer journey. This project brings together marketing messaging, web experience, and the business questions buyers want answered.
Aladdin’s Eatery · Event-mapping deliverable
Created an event inventory for location-specific “Order Now” links across 35 restaurant locations. The map paired GTM link-click events with button text and destination patterns, providing a structured specification for location-level measurement.
What this demonstrates: translating a multi-location customer journey into an actionable tracking plan. The deliverable is presented as measurement design, without claiming ordering revenue or deployment results.
Completed: presale email workflows in HubSpot and a tested Medisoft workflow in HaloPSA. The work included adapting campaign execution to a different system and testing the customer-facing email experience.
My contribution: email content, workflow setup, testing, and coordination with sales and IT around sender presentation and reply handling.
Tools: HubSpot · HaloPSA
Completed: Medisoft, Medisoft Upgrade, Lytec, and Lytec Upgrade page updates as part of presale preparation.
My contribution: making product information and the next step clearer, aligning campaign destinations with the offer, and coordinating page and video updates with teammates. I also updated the Microwize homepage to put more emphasis on revenue cycle management and healthcare IT.
Skills: WordPress · Landing page content · Conversion paths · Cross-functional delivery
Managed search, social, display, and video advertising, with experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. My work connects targeting and messaging with landing pages and conversion measurement.
Featured examples: Medisoft Cloud optimization and the Vosita vs. Zocdoc comparison campaign.
Developed educational content, FAQs, comparison articles, and industry-focused topics informed by search intent. Used Google Search Console to review performance and refine topic priorities.
Blog comparison, consecutive three-month periods:
Clicks: 175 → 291 · Impressions: 68.5K → 169K · Average position: 31.1 → 14.6.
These historical results connect content strategy to observed search visibility and engagement.
Researched competitor backlink profiles and relevant publications to identify authority-building opportunities. Helped lead initiatives focused on link quality, industry relevance, digital PR, and press release distribution.
Documented results: Authority Score increased from 25 to 30 within 12 months; referring domains grew from approximately 500 to 1,000.
A separate historical three-month YoY Search Console comparison recorded organic clicks rising from 8.34K to 16.1K, impressions from 1.08M to 2.1M, and average position improving from 22.2 to 11.5. These reflect the broader SEO program, not a single tactic in isolation.
Strategy deliverables: a topical authority map organizing 92 keyword opportunities across seven service pillars, and an AI visibility opportunity map connecting citation patterns with content gaps and site architecture.
The maps prioritized page roles, search intent, internal-link destinations, funnel stages, and useful lead-generation offers. The AI visibility work sequenced recommendations across product, pricing, service, and support content.
What this demonstrates: turning research into a prioritized content and website plan. These are planning deliverables; proposed pages and tools are not presented as completed launches.
Researched and wrote original blog content and marketing materials that explain complex healthcare software topics to business audiences. My portfolio includes an EMR vs. EHR educational article from my 2022 portfolio, alongside later healthcare technology content samples.
Other writing work includes product and comparison messaging, website copy, email campaigns, social posts, flyers, and PDFs.
Developed content calendars, social posts, brand messaging, taglines, and customer personas for a healthcare marketplace. Created and adapted campaign materials across channels, combining copywriting with graphic design and performance review.
Experience includes: paid and organic social, Adobe design tools, Canva, campaign assets, and collaboration with sales and development teams.
Multimedia Solutions · Summer 2019
My early work included website wireframes and landing pages, image and client research, image preparation, alpha and beta testing, and CMS updates in WordPress and Umbraco.
That foundation still shapes how I approach marketing: consider the page experience, test the details, and understand what makes the next action clear.
2019: Digital Marketing Intern, Multimedia Solutions.
September 2020–May 2025: Digital Marketing Specialist, Microwize Technology / Vosita Healthcare.
May 2025–present: Digital Marketing Manager.
I’m now building on that experience with Power BI certification studies, expected February 2027. I want to keep growing at the intersection of marketing and analytics with a team that values curiosity, clear thinking, and shared progress.
